The DARE campaign was created to share the vision for LifeChurch in 2010. The leadership of our church have prayed over & clarified a vision for the growth & expansion of LifeChurch. Our focus is on the benefits of reaching more people for Christ & helping more people grow in faith & knowledge of Jesus Christ. We have searched the Scriptures & found a clear sense of God’s heart. We now challenge you to the DARE Partnership.
“...with the help of our God we DARED to tell you his good news...” - 1Thess 2:2b
God’s Word challenges us to share the good news and LifeChurch takes that challenge to heart. We believe that the way we live our life, and how we reflect that to others, is the best method of shar- ing what Jesus Christ did for us and what he wants to do for those who haven’t yet turned to him. This campaign not only tells the truth but will DARE you to take God’s Word to heart.
DARE TO LIVE So many people just live life...without really LIVING. That’s not what He wants for us. He wants us to live life to the fullest. In John 10:10b He said: “I came so you can have real & eternal life, more & better life than you ever dreamed of.”
DARE TO GIVE The martyred missionary Jim Elliot said: "He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose." How much are you willing to give...or loose... or sacrifice for others? 2 Corinthians 8:2 “Out of the most severe trial, their overflowing joy & their extreme pov- erty welled up in rich generosity.” We are called to give with an open generous heart.
DARE TO CHANGE “Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God” Psalm 55:19 God doesn't change, but He's constantly changing methods & modes & tactics & even people! If you're without changes, then perhaps you fear not God!
DARE TO DREAM Someone once said: “It is unfulfilled dreams that keep you alive”. Do you have the courage to Dream? It may be those who believe most & do most, they dream most. Matthew 19:26 “Jesus looked at them & said, ‘With man this is impossible, but w/ God all things are possible.”
Our Prayer is that you will take this DARE challenge, and see your life transformed by Him. Live for Him, Give from your heart, Change your Life and Dream the Impossible, that is our prayer for YOU! That is our prayer for this VALLEY! Seeing others come to Know Him, Grow in Him and Go out and serve Him will truly be bringing Life to our Valley! We hope you’ll want to be a part of this Valley transformation!
